As most of you know by my thirty threads on the 5x5 so far. Im doing it. When i was squating on monday me and my friend wer at the rack and on my last set i screamed to help myslefp push the weight from the bottom. a bunch of guys looked at me (this one fucker who does quarter squats) like im dumb. Is it ok????? We were making sure to go past paralell and its the firts time of done squats with good form but its alot harder then what im used to. I found it helped me cuz by the last set it felt like i had an elephant on my back.
