So Lombard vs Marquardt was just announced for UFC 166 in Houston, TX. As you know, Lombard gets PPV points in his contract. I figured that was why they kept scheduling him on free TV, Fox, Fuel, Fx,.. Do you only get PPV money if you are the main event or something?

You only get PPV money if your contract says you do.

I know, he has PPV points in his contract. I was wondering if he gets money as long as he's on the PPV, or only if its like a Main/ Co-Main spot.

There isn't a rule, that's why they have contracts...to spell these things out in writing. Get a copy of his contract and read it if you want to find out.

Common sense will tell you that nobody would be getting a PPV cut unless they were big enough names to be on the main card. That doesn't answer your question, though. The contract would likely spell that out. Unfortunately, I do not think that is a public record that you can find access to.

Eddie Alvarez was supposed to fight at UFC 159 (which wouldn't have been the main-event), and he would've gotten a PPV cut, so I'm assuming Lombard get's one regardless of if he's the main event or not.

You are asking about specific details of a contract that no one here has seen. Not that that's ever stopped Sherdoggers from speculating to no-end, but if you are expecting an informed answer here, you won't get one.
