    Using the training info from Ross Enamait's Infinite Intensity, would you be able to lose fat while maintaining current muscle and strength?

    I have Infinite Intensity.I incorporate some of Ross's workouts on the conditioning days.That and doing my 5x5 strength program is working excellent.
