Okay so my buddy and I were talking about our reaches and how to measure them for MMA.. I've always been taught it was finger tip to finger tip with both arms fully stretched out to get your maximum reach.. that is the correct way right? I've got a 69" reach standing up against the wall with both arms stretched out like a T shape to the maximum. when I'm not putting any stretch into it at all, it comes out at 68.5" so I'm confused now. is it arms stretched fully out to get the maximum amount of reach possible or just stick your arms out and not get that full stretch? I'm just a little confused atm, that's all.
