Hi, I started eating healthier about half a year ago...
I basically eat low carb, and high protein. Ive been under the impression this was good, a normal day for me will include the following:
cereal with skim milk when I wake up
about an hour later, a meal, usually like a wrap using extra lean ground beef, or salmon, or chicken, with a side of fruit either an apple or mixed berries
i'll have a snack, usually nuts or something, maybe a banana
then another meal, similar to the wrap with fruit
perhaps repeat another snack and meal
similar stuff...
anyways, I was on this board with nothing to do and read an old thread stating that eating low carbs is bad for you. That its strictly for cutting weight and will reduce muscle
I cant say I work out, no time for it right now, I know its a poor excuse, but im leaner than the average person
can someone clarify how I should be eating?
Edit: oh yea, I should note that im not really trying to lose more weight. And add some scrambled eggs or hard boiled eggs into those meals
