Hey guys, I have a question about a certain type of forearm pain I get after training hard for a few days straight, and I'm wondering if anyone else had the same sensation/problem.

I have had this issue since I first started training 5/6 days per week. When I used to train 3x per week, I never had this problem.

Thing is, when I train 5/6 days per week, somewhere around thurdsay or friday (if the first session was on Monday) I'll start having this really numb/uncomfortable feeling in my forearms. At first it starts just like a little annoying feeling, but gets to the point where it really affects my training and my arms start shaking. Once I take a day or two off, it goes back to normal and I can train really hard again.

Now I'm sure training 5-6 days a week and evern going to the gym sometimes is very grueling for the body, especially since I'm not a professional athlete but also have other obligations like the university or doing regular 21 year old shit.

My question is, does anyone else have this problem and how do you deal with it? My best friend trains exactly as much as I do, and he never experiences this. A lot of my other training partners train really hardcore and never get this feeling in their forearms? Are my forearms maybe genetically weak or something?

Thanks in advance!

have one friend who has the same problem. he grips too hard, too long and is a genetic freak who can do it continually

Hmm, I don't train in the GI, so I doubt it's from really gripping things with my hands too much. I do however play a very tight and clinched game both from guard and when on top, while my friend plays a very open game so that might be part of the reason. It's quite annoying when training actually.
