Hey guys, I'm posting here wondering if anyone can help me out. I was wondering if anyone here has had plastic surgery on their cauliflower ear after it hardened. I have been trying to find pictures and information online and there really isn't much to go by. If anyone can contact me, I just have a few questions and would like to see pictures if possible. Thanks

I have on both ears I has ears that resembled randy's. The doctors put me under, shaved off so much scar tissue, and created a new rim from the existing scar tissue. They then Stitched Bolsters to my ears to help maintain a natural shape and prevent swelling. My ears are good now. Definitely not like what they looked like prior to when the cauli occurred, but not noticable unless i have someone feel my ears, which are still hard(that will never go away)

Just to add: the surgery was $5k. I paid in monthly paymebts of $125. Recovery time was quivk though. Just 2 weeks and the stitches were off, i was lifting weights again, and Pain killers no longer needed

Honestly mine is no way near looking like that. It is really just a small bump that I noticed, i'm thinking steroid injections might even be able to help it.

I had it done over 10 years ago and it was no big deal. Local anesthetic and I drove home with stitches on my ear the same day. People would never know I had it without telling them.
