Question About Book

I was just wondering if anybody ever read this book. . .

I saw it at borders and it looked like a good instructional its not too much on amazon so i might pick it up but i wanted to know your guys' opinion on it or if anybody has ever read it and liked it thank you in advance lol

lol, you know he did actually have a fitness training video that is best known for inexplicably having a dark taped conversation with a debt or bill collector off camera...

so would you guys recommend the book yourself lol and that warrior vid was funny lol and i heard mostly the book was bad beacuse they didnt give you a whole regiment but others said it was good because it still had a lot of exercises you could still use.
