Hi Guys I know theres probably been a million threads about this before so feel free to flame away but remember Im only startin to train and you were all here once right? I started doing Muay Thai 3 months ago and Jujitsu a month ago.Needless to say its killing me Im that unfit so I ordered Bas MMA workout after reading lots of positive reviews on here.It arrived this morning and I've just done the 2 minute round thai boxing side out my back garden on my punchbag and Im shattered.I want to ask whats the best way to do this ie 4 times a week mix between boxing and all round workout monday and tuesday etc so I dont burn myself out but I get my fitness up relatively quickly.Im prepared to put any amount of time necessary into it.Thank you in advance for your help

I have the workouts, and I think it depends on what you want. I find the boxing workout VERY fast paced, so fast you can't really use any movement or clean technique, so I don't use it. What I do use is the MMA workout, 2min rounds, the Muay Thai workout 2 or 3 minute rounds, and the All around workout, the first track. The MMA workout really winds you because there is a lot of "defend" sprawls he calls out in the middle of the combos. The all around workout is great also, very tiring.
What I would do if I were you is this.
Do one workout a day, any workout. But change them up. So, if you do the muay thai on monday, do the all around workout on tuesday, then the mma workout on wednesday. Take the 4th day off, then repeat. If you do this along with your jj and mt training, you will get in good shape within a month.

Once you can do the mt workout at 2 minutes full power for 10 rounds, start doing the 3 min rounds. Hopefully that helps.
