I’m very seasonal, Oz. I just can’t listen to The Shape Hunts Allyson when it’s 95 degrees and I’m dripping sweat no matter how much I want to. So I have to take advantage when I can.

My favorite track from that movie. When the horns blare, I was hooked.

Today is the 34th anniversary of Nightmare On Elm Street if that helps you out any
Was the 2010 remake over with the PWD?

That is weird though that it came out after Halloween. Never knew that.

Isnt Halloween from the 70's?
I should clarify, the actual date of October 31st. I would think a horror movie would get maximum returns if released a few weeks earlier instead of November

The original Elm Street may be the first movie I ever saw on VHS, its certainly one of the first
My grandparents got a VCR right around the time that movie was released so all us grandkids used to go over on the weekends and watch slasher flicks and Tromaville movies and i very much remember watching that movie cause it was so freakin dope and scary
Ahh sweet memories

WWE Files Several New Trademarks
WWE has filed six new trademarks with The United States Patent and Trademark Office, all of which were former WCW properties.

@journalismwolf has confirmed, on 11/2, WWE filed trademarks for the following.

  • Slamboree
  • The Match Beyond
  • Bunkhouse Stampede
  • BattleBowl
  • SuperBrawl
  • Bash At The Beach

The trademarks were all filed under entertainment services, to be used as shows about professional wrestling.

International Class 041: Entertainment services, namely, a show about professional wrestling; entertainment services, namely, the production and exhibition of professional wrestling events rendered live and through broadcast media including television and distributed via various platforms across multiple forms of transmission media; providing wrestling news and information through broadcast media including television and distributed via various platforms across multiple forms of transmission media; providing information in the fields of sports and entertainment through broadcast media including television and distributed via various platforms across multiple forms of transmission media; providing a website in the field of sports entertainment information; organizing social entertainment events for entertainment purposes for wrestling fans; providing online newsletters in the fields of sports entertainment; online journals, namely blogs, in the field of sports entertainment;

Cody Rhodes had previously filed trademarks for all the names, but has since abandoned filings for Superbrawl, Bunkhouse Stampede, Battlebowl, The Match Beyond, and Slamboree.

He has spent several months fighting to trademark The Bash At The Beach name, which had been denied by The United States Patent and Trademark Office due to confusion with a WWE owned “The Bash” trademark.

Earlier this year, All Elite Wrestling produced multiple events under The Bash At The Beach moniker, including two Dynamite specials.

It is believed WWE may have struck a deal with Cody to gain ownership of these trademarks, in return Cody was allowed to use the Cody Rhodes name, which WWE abandoned earlier this week.

In a recent AEW media call, Cody wouldn’t go into specifics, but did say it was a “no hard feelings on either side” type situation.
