True story, one of good friends’ dad was having some chest pains. He went to the VA that afternoon and they checked him out saying he was fine then sent him home. He suffered a fatal heart attack that night.

Unfortunately, I'm not surprised at that at all. Some bad apples are let into their system. Some good ones too, though, but it feels like the majority aren't good at their jobs. I have a few theories on it having had to deal with them for years.
