I just got Ventolin a couple months ago. I've had a lingering, annoying cough for more than a year. Switched from Advair to Breo and Singulair and now added Ventolin. I've been on prednizone too, but weaned myself off because it made me feel like shit. I go back to the lung specialist next week and I'll be asking for that sweet sweet albuterol.

I'm a little hesitant to get better, though, because coughing in someone's face is my best defense in BJJ.

I don't know what the first thing is. SR is bigger than the Krogers I've been too. More like a Publix. Maybe Bi-Lo would be comparable. It's food, and also has a pharmacy. There's also a bakery. It has a small selection of non-food items (I bough a Keurig there) but not a video game section like at Walmart, if that's what you mean.

Albuterol is the white and blue prevention one right ? That one makes me feel like im having an attack so I just keep the venti handy
