Time to kick this shit... OLD SCHOOL!!

NOTE: Any fuck-knuckle who decides to troll the thread will be Baton-raped by the mods (they're Unstoppable), so before you decide to post your "witty" remarks that make you feel like you're "Fuckin' Hardcore MMA, bro" to strangers on the internet, remember these things:

    1) Yes, everyone knows that this isn't "real", it takes a moron to think wrestling is real, but it takes an even bigger, estrogen filled, sandy vagina having moron to point out that it isn't.

    2) The sport that you think makes you so "Fuckin' Hardcore, Bro" wouldn't exist in it's current form, and with a fraction of the popularity, without the stuff in this thread.

    3) Before you say "Shit's gay", remember that you watch a sport where half naked men lay in between the legs of another man, who will sometimes attempt to wrap the aforementioned legs around their head, with his crotch in their face, as well as Rear Naked Chokes, Full Mounts, Taking the Back and a 69 position that has to be called "North-South" to make it sound less gay.

They ought to make RR a monster heel and give him a manager. He can take Lesnars spot.

Give him Heyman, and he can use the line "The sun will never set on the Roman Empire!"

I don't know...maybe I'm getting old...but shouldn't a monster...you know...look intimidating? RR looks like the guys trying to convince you skinny jeans aren't really women's pants and they totally look manly.

Heyman is perfect. Have RR beat Brock by cheating like crazy and injuring him after the bell. then have Heyman leave the ring with Roman.

Could be a weird hybrid of monster heel with the into his looks heel.

When he was in NXT, he had a gimmick of the asshole sports guy who would say shit like "I'm a businessman" and blow off interviews because "I got a deal in the works"

I agree he's not that intimidating but that's how theyre playing him as a monster face now. This is the post ped era so he's what we have to live with.

UPDATE: There are now conflicting reports on the number. prowrestling.net is reporting that the show averaged 263,000 viewers. We hope to get some clarification as soon as possible.

ORIGINAL: According to prowrestling.net, TNA’s debut edition of Impact Wrestling on Destination America brought in an average of 359,000 viewers. This was good enough for the show to be the most watched show on Destination America and well above the network’s average. They also ran an immediate replay of the show, but those numbers are not available at this time.

The final, first run episode of Impact on Spike TV scored an average of 980,000 viewers. Keep in mind that Spike’s programming reaches approximately 98.7 million homes, while Destination America reaches 56.6 million homes.

I'll believe that when I see John Cena weighing 205.

I wonder what this year would have looked like if Wade Barrett won MITB last year as planned. I dunno how Barrett did Bare Knuckle fighting because everything outside of his chin is made of glass.

media always shits on wrestlers for being on roids but no one bats an eye when out of shape actors put on 40lbs of muscle for an action role.

Time was Spike Dudley would have been used for that. Wouldn't have done anything to him either, as he was there to take a beating and generally get thrown around the place.

Well truth be told he already comes of a little cocky in his interviews, but not in a Rock cool cockiness kind of way but more of a jock cockiness. I think it'd be easier for him to play that role until he gets more accomodated doing promos.
