That was a really weird time when TNA officially changed it's name to Impact Wrestling then a few months later to GFW after they bought GFW, but decided to use the GFW name and then 3 months later before changing back to Impact Wrestling because the merger with GFW fell through. That entire few month period was the epitome of LOLTNA.

Their World Championship changing it's name 4 different times during that time period was hilarious.

LA Knight's only World Championship in his career had 3 different names during his short run during that time period. He was GFW Unified World Champion, GFW Global Champion, and Impact Global Champion before they changed it back to Impact World Champion after he lost it

I'm watching Starcade 84' and I'm reminded how much I enjoyed "The Raging Bull" Manny Fernandez. I looked him up to see what he's doing today, and he has his own podcast called No BS With The Bull and still wrestles on the Indies at 70 years old.
