Push-Ups and Dips

I admit I'm an asshole. I've been telling people I'm an asshole for years. In fact, my theme song is "I'm an asshole".
 
TS, it wouldn't hurt to do dips on one day of your "full body" routine (which better include ATG squats and deadlifts), but havin' 1 (let alone 3) day(s) devoted to your arms alone is pretty frickin' ridiculous. Do your interval stuff on those days, but otherwise, let your body recover a bit,
