What you think about purse reduction for fighters that commit crimes, and still allowed to fight on fighting organizations.... It would be another incentive for fighters to not commit any crime.

Maybe be prohibited from be on main events and posters... a criminal should not be a star.

They just need to decide whether or not they'll work with said fighter. As for deciding punishment for a crime committed outside of the UFC, that's a weird idea.

Let the law handle that.

If we were going that route wouldn't a suspension make more sense?
Then we also need clear criteria on what crimes get a suspension.

That said, the whole idea sounds stupid to me. Crimes are punished by the criminal justice system. Unless they are a direct threat to others in the sport I don't see the need to be punished twice for the same crime.

Yes, I think the harshest penalties should be for jaywalkers. I was driving today and saw at least 3 people crossing the street outside a crosswalk. It pisses me off and has to stop. It's dangerous. Stopping jaywalking saves lives and i'm all about safety. You're on to something here.
