    I have a 4ft punching it's heavy and the thing is, I have nowhere to hang it. The only thing I can do is Ground and Pound training.

    So please can anyone tell me what other workouts I can do with it.

    If you can also give me a link to a website that will show me what types of workouts I can do.

    Thanks

    Try hanging it on a fence, It won't swing, but you can punch it. A chain link fence works well because it gives.

    Any chance your city has a school or a park with a fence? If not, I tried to help.

    that is good enough , i have my bag deep downstairs hangin in my dungeon the ceiling is low but i don't jump around .

    and yes u could hang it from a tree also ,just make sure the branch won't break . no clue why people would say that you can't . or use a portable basketball net , there's plenty off different shit you can do to hang it .

    I got this and IMO it's not worth even close to the asking price. A friend gave it to me, and his has some cool stuff, but enough for that.

    To the Threadstarter:

    I have the same situation as you, and I made a post with a bunch of stuff. If I find it I'll link it here.

    Here's one (go to the bottom):

    More;

    I have some more ideas and I've been promising to make a semi instructional video so when it's done I'll post it.
