I got nailed in the right bicep by a southpaw throwing a hook, while i was throwing a straight right. It's bad. I've had it compressed and elevated and periodically iced in the last 4 hours since it happened, but this isn't lookin like it's gonna go away tomorrow or even the next day. Can anyone help me on my recovery? I have a fight in 11 days and stop training in 9, and i still desperately need this last week to train. I'm a boxer so just working other things isn't really an option.
