Great vid ... that's definitely my favorite way to pull guard, super safe and easy. I wish I'd known earlier that this is the best way to pull guard, instead of jumping closed guard like a moron or trying to put my foot up without getting grabbed for TD/leg dragged for the pass.

Just snatch the single and sit down.

yup. i find it harder to come up here, but you can just keep rotating all the way thru into deep half and hit the sweep from there.

Or pull directly to the heel hook/1LXG, Palhares style.
