And as you can see he lost some more weight. Walks around 113 kg (249 lbs) at the moment.

there's a lot of recent Polish immigrants in my state and it seems like all the younger males lift. They dwarf everyone at my gym- just massively built, not just in height but width and bone thickness. They're like pale blonde Samoans. If they grew up in America, they would've been steered to football as youth. What outlet do big athletic kids have in Poland? Maybe thats why so many turn to hooliganism.

I love pudz good for him trying to improve, he doesnt have the mentality to not be a full 200% at anything he does. hard worker mentally & physically, wish he had some skills hes be unstoppable

I don't get when people shit on Pudz. I mean the guy is obviously limited but he's put in the work at an advanced age and has amassed a respectable record. Yes he gasses easily and doesn't have the most skill other than being really strong but even still he's managed to beat a couple of okay names. He's like 40 years old and not going to go anywhere most likely but I think he can beat Rozalski. I think he will too and if he does he'll be 10-4, not too shabby.

Pudz always had decent speed for such a big and heavy guy. Looks like he's been training his ass off for this fight.

how does a guy lose 50lbs of muscle like that? He looks like a different person. I wouldnt even think he weighs 240lbs looking at that picture. His strength and size were his ONLY advantage. He isnt a fighter he may have the heart and passion for it, but his technique isnt even that of a talented teenager at your average ufc gym. I give him a lot of credit he has a tremendous amount of courage but he is just awful.
