Psychological clearance for fighting

- not speaking in faceoffs
- etc, etc

wouldn´t it be safer for the sport to have some psychologist clear the fighters?

Is he mentally safe for this?

other cases:
- Daley hitting some fighter after the bell
- Toquinho holding subs
- Babalu holding subs
- Nelson kicking big john


Should athletic commissions take care of this issue to avoid these situations / protect the sport?

You haven't seen anything compared to if fighters had to be cleared as stable and mature before they could fight.
