Protien shake...

  1. Just made my protien shake for lunch in the blender, it tastes pretty goood

    - Soy milk
    - 3 Scoops of my protien powder
    - Bannana
    - Handful of blueberrys
    - Scoop of L-Glutamine powder

    It's good, it tastes like a chocolate shake. It's all I'm eating for lunch today cause I'm tryin' to lower my body fat a little bit. It has like 60 grams of protien too. Good shit...

    add peanut butter, it thickens it up, and makes a chocolate shake taste almost like reeses peanut butter cups

    do you find the blueberry makes it taste sour at all?

    Soy milk?

    Other than Soy milk, it looks great. I just dont like Soy milk.
     
  5. Nope not at all. THen again the blueberrys were ripe, so mabey unripen ones will. Same with un ripe bananas
