Is there any reason why I should not eat 3 meals and drink 3 protein shakes per day ?
It takes alot of time to prepere the food and to eat it.
Does the real food have more "value" than shakes ?
I have a feeling that i made better strenght gains while i was just eatin food, but maybe it was because something else...
