Protein shake 3x/day ?

    Is there any reason why I should not eat 3 meals and drink 3 protein shakes per day ?

    It takes alot of time to prepere the food and to eat it.
    Does the real food have more "value" than shakes ?
    I have a feeling that i made better strenght gains while i was just eatin food, but maybe it was because something else...

    I have to use protien shakes to help balance out my % of carbs v/s protien.

    4 solid meals 2 shakes works well for me

    I usually have just one a day. The more real food you eat is better.

    You cannot replace a proper meal with a shake. There's a reason why they're called "supplements".

    Sure you can have 3, but IMO you shouldn't be replacing any normal food with it. I drink 3 right now as I'm bulking but I eat all the food I would normally.

    eat real food , if you can , get organic , though its expensive =/

    protein products are there to supplement your diet (hence the name) rather than replace it. Food should always be the 1st choice.
