I love the "Be a man" argument.
So, being a "man" involves ignoring bodily reactions to things? I hear drinking my own piss helps my performance. Should I "be a man" and just drink it?
i saw this today in the RCS, i think i glanced at the protein amount and it was a bit low, but i was also curious if anyone has tried this.

There is a ton of Greens+ though, ei bone builder, multi, energy ect ect. this is just the basic one.

I dont see what the problem with supplements tasting good is, and I'm pretty sure you get the most benefit from protein shakes if its ingested slowly over about a 30 min period post workout.
Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Gold and Dymatize Elite are my favorites. Try something other then vanilla because all vanilla tastes the same, kind of unpleasant but good for mixing with fruit if you do that.
