What is the best protein powder for building muscle and that doesnt taste like complete shit

Wrong forum.

they all taste pretty good, stick to whey isolate for post workout. most supplement stores will give you a sample or two to find one that you think taste's good

Muscle Milk for taste, ON Whey for taste and mass, isolate for mass.

Seems like the consensus is on hydrolized whey mixed with casein, if you can find that. Taste shouldn't be that important, since you can mix it with something other than water if you want.

I used ON Whey and it is delectable.

It's like angels dancing on your tongue.

This thread is funny. Why has no one yet asked the question: what do you want the protein powder to do? "Best" is relative to what you're doing.

True, I figured since he was asking about taste that he already knew the basics. Like when you go buy a car, by the time you're thinking about the color you want you already know the basic features you want and which models offer those.

Can someone explain this Aussie Death Carriage thing to me, it seems a lot of people have that avatar

This has been done so many times. How can people refuse to use a search function?

Has anyone here tried Proteins + by Genuine Health. I'm using their O3mega product with good results. Also, I don't see Greens+ listed on their website under products. www.genuinehealth.com

You're putting a lot of faith in your fellow man. I think I'm on the cynical side :D.

I don't really get how so many people can be so concerned with the taste of supplements. You're taking it to help your performance, not for the taste.

Be a man and chug it.

You mean you don't like the taste of BCAAs?
