Proper way to say "How do you" plural (to a group)

So I went over to my brothers tonight for dinner and he had some other friends there too and so I walk and Im like

"How does you all doing tonight?"

Because that is the correct plural form. Im not going to say how yall doing? Im not fucking southern lol but you should have seen the weird look a couple had when I said that.

People really have no idea how to speak their own language in this country, its sad.

how did you pair up "does" and "you"?
does is used for the pronouns he, she and it. all of them singular entities. do is used with we they I and you (well not for you i guess..)
so yea you probably got some funny looks... also "y'all" aint southern IMO I'm from colorado and New Mexico and i use it and "aint'
