What is the proper way to SIT DOWN on the cross? I see a lot of threads talking about the hips and weight transfer (which I am sure relates to this) but they dont explain actually how to sit down on the punch.

If you're suppose to have the weight on the back leg with the cross how does the punch go diagonally downward? is that a bad thing?

I cant think of an example off the top of my head but certain people that throw their cross naturally looks like the weight travels down and its a strong punch to where I feel when I throw its just straight and or even worse my body goes up a little...

any advice?
