Professor Sauer is truily an awesome instructor. If you can ever get to one of his seminars, do it!!!! He tells some awesome stories about Rickson and Helio Gracie and him training. Its weird to hear him talk about Rickson Gracie like you would talk about buddies at the gym. Its funny that you can ask him any question about any position and he has multiple moves and counter moves. 28 years + of Jiu jitsu will do that I guess.

I'm loving that use of the knee to initiate the grip. Will include in drilling and report back.

Awesome, our team is an affiliate under him, he came around March and did a seminar for us, and now we have 2 black belt instructors. Also he went out to dinner w/ us afterwards, great guy.
