Problems: MMA Ring Report Pro Shop

I was just wondering if anyone else had a problem with mmaringreport.com. I searched the web, and found couple of people with problems like mine, but the what I read was all old stuff- So I was wondering if anyone else had a recent experience with mmaringreport.

1. I ordered the item on July 14th, and paid through paypal.
2. I received no confirmation E-mail.
3. You can check your "previous orders" in the myaccounts page. But it says that there are NO PREVIOUS ORDERS.
4. I have E-mailed customerservice twice (one two days ago, one a week ago), but no response.

It has been over a week since my payment, but I have heard NOTHING from these guys.

This type of non-customer service hasn't happend to me before, so I am a bit worried. Sorry if I am paranoid- I just want to hear your opinion on this.

Have you checked your Paypal account or bank account to see if the money has been taken. If it hasn't they may not have gotten your order.

Yea, I already paid through paypal. The money has been taken already.

.....and nothing yet after a week and a half.

if you get nothin within the next couple weeks or so, contact paypal and see how you can at least get your money back.

That's a good idea. it is just really bad business practice to not contact their customers AT ALL. I don't know what the hell is going on, and they don't even have a phone number that I can call.

How hard is it to respond to e-mails? Jesus.

I got my order yesterday....

I ordered 4 shorts, i only got 3...

I e-mailed, but yet no response....

Pretty bad customer service so far.
