Problem Throwing Right

Because youre not punching properly.
If your arm hurts and is popping, that means youre throwing with your arm.

For a cross, you need to change your level a bit and throw with your ass, obliques and shoulder.

For a hook, you need to put your weight onto your backfoot and transfer tha energy to your core.

Sounds like you just dont know how to punch properly, go talk your coach about it and have him give you some extra attention.

It could be a technique issue, however what he describes shouldn't be happening even with poor technique. And if there is something wrong with the arm it doesn't matter how perfect the technique is it's not going to solve the issue.

A sports medicine doctor is really the best bet. Get it checked, explain to the doctor what hurts and what makes it hurt and you you'll get far better advice then anything anyone can give you over the internet.

I got my form checked out. My straight and hook are fine.

The people I talked to were guessing its the joint and ligament between my should that cause that part of the bone to shift and "pop". I'm going to a physical soon since I sprained my ankle so I'll talk to them.

Does this seem like it could be it?
