How necessary is it to supplement? Should you stay on all the time or cycle? I'm trying to streamline my supplementation and I'm wondering if I should continue to use it.

Really? I get the opposite. Probiotics have helped my digestion immensely.

I used to have lots of problems with digestion. Constipation mainly, the probiotics have helped me stay regular for almost 2 years. I personally would give up many other supplements before I gave up probiotocs.

you only need to take probiotics if you need to... know what I mean

if you didnt have a reason to start taking them, then you didnt need to. you'll know when you need to take probiotics... you'll have digestive problems
