no it has nothing to do with my sis...

i am possibly looking at time though...i doubt it, i have assault charges pending from a fight that took place...the thing is i may have been the 1st to land a punch but it wasnt assault, it was a fight...

if an eyewitness can be produced to testify that you reacted to a threat in an appropriate manner, you should get off. landing the first punch can be argued as a pre-emptive defence in some circumstance (check with a lawyer though)

I went for a night 3 times, and I spent 14 days during one visit, and that led up to another visit which lasted for 90.

When I was younger I spent a couple of nights in the drunk tank, and almost got a month for not paying a drink driving fine, luckily Daddy bailed me out.

Questioned about fighting but apparently people in the bar I was at saw that it was clearly self-defense and the police couldn't do anything. But I gotta tell you, I was pretty scared...
