I think Kenny Florian dusts Eddie with relative ease. Kenny was a certified killer in his day and could beat you in every possible way - power in both hands, great ground game with excellent subs.

I think Eddies brawler style would suit Kenny perfectly and he coffins him inside 3 rounds.
