Unified rules, openweight, both at their peaks, who would win more often?

I have Karelin winning -- would adjust better to competing in MMA context due to not relying on a gi. It would be a sweet match up though. Karelin wouldn't be able to exploit Riner in ways that others would though as he was a greco wrestler which is a very restrictive style compared to freestyle.

They would both need a while to adjust getting hit. The winner is the best at that. Riner, I could see him getting a submission.

karelin had a mma style fight and it was awful, remember hearing it was fixed, but even as an exhibition then, it wasnt imressive.

It was't impressive because Karelin had to be careful not to kill his opponent even if it wasn't a real fight.
