im quoting Bob shamrock, he knows them better than anyone

"Ken beats frank no questions ask"

Frank beats Ken post 2000 as does most.

But prime for prime Ken kill him..

Tito fights proves nothing, prime Ken destroys tito. Frank did great and shoes great game plan

Prime Frank was light years past Ken from a technical standpoint.

Ken has the weight advantage, but that's about it.

    Also, Frank Shamrock by USADA

but to address this dead horse situation. sure ken was bigger, but frank had much better striking and I think he was good enough on the ground to avoid a sub. So Frank.

prime Ken was, dare I say it, the world's most dangerous man.

Tito didn't want anything of a late 30s Heavyweight Ken and he tasted that power in their 1st fight

    Ken by pure strength

Frank learned everything from Ken earlier in his career. After their falling out Frank continued to grow and evolve separate from Ken.

Bob sides with Ken all the time because they are both roid heads. Frank beats Ken pre and post 2000.

Ken Shamrock "World's Most Overrated Man" would have lost badly to Ken in both their primes.

Frank was far more complete. Probably my first favorite fighter.
