Which do you take in the following match ups in a pure striking match where any and all kinds of striking are allowed, boxing, kicks, knees, elbows, anything a given fighter knows how to use, and also Muay Thai clinches are allowed as well and so it effectively becomes a kickboxing muay thai type fight, where all the fighters are presumed to be fighting in their physics, athletic and fighting peaks as opposed to over the hill. In that case, who wins the following match ups:

    Cro Cop vs Mike Tyson

    Cro Cop vs Wlad Klitschko

    Cro Cop vs Evander Hollyfield

    Gokhan Saki vs Mike Tyson

Depends on how long the boxers had to prepare, and whether or not they trained kick-boxing (which they would need to).

Why haven't you listed any of the all time great Muay Thai fighters?

When you have someone like Samart who won a world title in boxing using his hands alone I think it's pretty obvious he'd shit on any boxer if he was allowed all his weapons.

Also, cro cop would clearly left high kick Igor KO all those fuckin.. shills in 10 seconds at most, as cybernetic warrior and cool statuesque man representative of the Just Bleed Faith.

    What can I say... it's 3:53am

    Those boxers would dominate.

Cro cop couldnt take 2 punches from Tyson.

Boxers are just the better athletes.

Even in a Muay Thai fight you think so? If so, then you are like one of Sherdog's premier boxing purists. But then, unless you are another one of Sherdog's master trolls your avatar shows you are hardly impartial. I mean, Cro Cop took punches repeatedly from some of MMA's toughest fighters but Tyson could crumple him on a Muay Thai type fight in under 90 seconds, according to you? Yeah the bias is kinda showing there.

It means using all types of striking, punches, elbows, kicks, knees, the muay thai clinch and so on.

yes these fights would all be under Muay Thai rules, which makes De Julez's predictions more bizarre unless again that he's a boxing purist, which his avatar suggests. And even if someone is a boxing purist, why would they love a tool like Mayweather that much anyway?

Jerome Le Banner is from a boxing background, and at his best would pose major problems to any boxer.

So I am not sure he's a fair candidate. That guy got some awesome fists.

And most boxers can't take Muay Thai leg kicks, so most of these match ups are terribly uninteresting.

Party just to see the kind of crazy predictions people on a place like Sherdog would make. And I know by now I can always count on at least a few posters to not disappoint.
