how many of you have ever followed his formula and made any notable gains while on it. what are your thoughts about his and percentage training in general?
 
Its good guideline to start with. But nothing beats finding out what works for YOU by just trying it out.
 
Of course they are not. They might wirk pretty well for everyone. But they are not optimal. People are too different.
