Gus, he is too durable

Reem vs Jones would be a better fight for Reem

I think Gustafsson by T/KO is probably the safest bet regardless of the venue. Overeem used to fade HARD at 205, sometimes even in the first round.

Gus in both settings/rulesets, RD 2 T/KO. LHW Reem was dangerous on the feet and on the ground but his gas tank suffered greatly from the weight cut.

Gus is very durable and very hard to takedown. It'd probably be competitive early but Alex's mobility, superior boxing, and much better gas tank likely leads to him picking apart a faded Reem.

At that time game was completely different so its not fair to compare them but todays overeem would maul the mauler

Never thought I'd be too lazy too vote aside from the presidential elections

at 205, Overeem would gas 2 minutes into the bout. Gustafsson would probably finish him.

I wonder what would happen if spider man and aqua man fought back in the day.

Gus has looked good the couple of times he's fought in a ring. I got him by TKO in both settings. Overeem's chin is even worse after a weight cut.

Gus by Reem's corner throwing in the towel. Pretty sure I've already seen this happen more then once in live events. All his fights used to go the same way: he would start out awesome and then gas or get hurt and quit. Also, it's pretty funny how much hype we get on this forum any time he manages to get a W.

Gus has more heart you know and an iron jaw. Gus by Tko against the pride version of Undereem.

Gus, T/Ko in the first.
Especially in Pride with 10 minute first rounds.

Overeem was always a great striker, but the LHW version lacked a bit of stopping power, and a lot of patience.

ETA: I somehow managed to vote wrong both times. lol. -1 overeem on each ko option :)

LHW Reem was the only fighter I can recall who commonly stumbled away from his opponents as though he thought he carried the authority to call time-outs.
