I remember when I worked at the EU presidency in Denmark back in 2012, I talked to one of the chefs there and he was very ecstatic about Obama.
They said that Obama once came down to the kitchen after dinner and thanked them all for the food and complimented all the personnel there. Without cameras or anything.
I think Obama ensured some of the chefs there will die in happiness, they were extremely proud of that experience. I thought it was a pretty nice thing to do.

He's good with people. Something severely lacking in a lot of high profile politicians around the world.

Stuff like this gets under reported by the media. I am not much a fan of him but I am a democrat and I think he takes a ton of crap from even the liberal media. He has kept us out of war in Syria, Iran "Yes Iran" and arming Ukrainians. Anyone who thinks Republicans would not have not have a more muscular foreign policy don't get it.

The only Republican who would have a less aggressive foreign policy is Rand Paul. Even people like Ted Cruz have talked about a more aggressive foreign policy in Syria. Yep President Obama takes a lot of crap at times he should defend his policies more and Democrats should also defend somethings they have done.
