Preparing food for the week.

My grill is my best friend. I'm extremely busy throughout the week as well. I grill chicken, fish, and lean beef all at once. It's not uncommon for me to have 10lbs of meat on the grill. I then use that as my main source of protein for lunches and dinners during the week.

I marinade it in several different containers, all different flavors. For example, I will have jerk chicken, terriyaki chicken, and BBQ chicken or lemon pepper chicken all marinading separately the night before I cook. It makes it easier to eat on it all week without getting sick of it.

That, plus veggies and brown rice that steam in the microwave make up the majority of what I eat during the week.
