2016 was an interesting year, let us recap and reminisce the things that happened in the premier league, in alphabetical order of team.
AFC Bournemouth: How the fuck are they still up? How the fuck are they in 10th place right now?
Arsenal: They werent really in the title race seriously, but they avoided the 4th place trophy. Started strong but lulling a bit lately. Welbz like a new signing part 2 LOOMS. They also have the worst ITKs ever.
Aston Villa:
"you've just been walloped 6-0 and you're arsed about a car that won't even fit your fucking forehead in"
RIP in Peace
Burnley:
After coming back right up from getting relegated theyre off to a solid start. Their top goal scorer also hates gay people and made a tweet about Patrice Evra being shit so then I replied to him and got a bunch of likes which caused him to delete it.
Chelsea: Remember when they finished in 10th place and it took like 8 months for Eden Hazard to score a goal? Good times. They are much better this year now though
Crystal Palace: meh season but got to the FA cup final. Going to be in a struggle for relegation but they now have the pro when it comes to not getting relegated in Big Sam
Everton: Another dancing manager!
This pretty much sums up their season under Roberto Martinez. Barkley scores in the dying moments but time is added on because of their fans invading the field which leads to
Koeman is an upgrade and they seem a little better now though. Im a Lukaku fan
Hull City: Like Burnley they came right back up this year. Will probably go back down but at least they had a nice duel bicycle kick which was the first goal of the 16/17 season
Leicester City:
Will we ever see something like this again in our lifetimes? Likely not. Whatever Vardy, Mahrez, Kante and everyone else do from now on they'll always be linked to this special moment. They also had a pizza party for getting a clean sheet after like 10 games
Liverpool:
League Cup: Runner up
Europa League: runner up
Currently: runner up
Also heres Jurgen Klopp playing some weird English game with a bunch of old people
Manchester City: After dealing with the complete awkwardness of knowing who their new manager was for months on end while they had a manager, they welcomed Pep Guardiola one of the best managers in the world this season. As 2016 closes they are one spot higher despite spending the most money in the world in the summer on many players including a guy that defensive enthusiast Roberto Martinez benched at the end of the season and:
Manchester United:
Boring boring Man United. While they were awful to watch and kept losing to relegation level teams there were some great moments from the prior season
Now they are more tolerable to watch thanks to being under the direction of Jose Mourinho, the legend that still has it in Zlatan Ibrahimovic and activating their 90 million buy back clause on Paul Pogba
