We did differentials for abdo pain today

Abdominal aortic aneyrysms are serious shitttt

Blood pressure drops

Voluemic shocks

what drugs to give

Eg the fake patient was on thiazide which managed their blood pressure.

clopidogrel because they had a previous stroke and that prevents platelets aggregating and hence clotting factors coagulating.

I realized a few weeks ago that my stomach is moving to my heartbeat when I just lie down in bed. It is actually visible "pulsating".
When do I have to die?

That's normal lol

You have your abdominal aorta there. It connects to your heart. Your heart beat is in sync with the beat of that.

It's only an issue if it's distended and huge, ie it's a vascular issue and it's collecting a lot of blood there = you'll have impaired venous return to your heart

I can't give medical advice over sherdog though, see your doctor. OR wait 2.5 years and see me.

when you have to recap a ton of work and then realise you lost all your work coz your laptop died
