Crime Pregnant woman shot to death in road rage incident after deliberately hitting motorcyclist

So, was the motorcyclist following her to make a legal citizen's arrest because he was the victim of a felony (striking him with a car) or was she entitled to strike the man with her car because she was afraid for her life because he was a maniac brandishing a handguns and trying to get to her window on his motorcycle? Did she reasonably believe this guy following her was a stalker? Was she legally allowed to stand her ground on her property with a gun because this guy's citizen's arrest was illegal?
From the article linked in the tweet "According to police, when Morales arrived at her house, she entered the residence to retrieve a gun and a confrontation took place in the roadway. Morales was shot multiple times by the motorcyclist. " Sounds like she was shot on the road.

It is weird how some people become so inconsiderate and irrational once they have a windshield in front of their face.
I'm guessing the biker and witness followed her with the intention of getting the police involved, but she came out with a weapon prior to the police arriving. If she was scared, she should have called the police and stayed inside her home.

She sounds like she was going through some shit. The motorcyclist and his friend should NOT have followed here home to confront her. Maybe call the cops and give the license plate.
Maybe he couldn’t get the plates and followed her home to call the cops.

Maybe he couldn’t get the plates and followed her home to call the cops.
The story said she went in the house and came out with a gun. I doubt he didn’t have an opportunity before that to get the gun

Was the motorcycle driver being an asshole like 99% of them are, I wonder?

Everyone lost here, dumbass motorcycle guy should have called police, he's going to go to jail for following her home and killing her.

Stupid game played. Prize won.

Going just by this tweet that sounds like self-defense. She did a hit-and-run crime. He followed her home, which is justifiable under the circumstance. She exited her domicile and escalated conflict by displaying the threat of lethal force. Fear of death or great bodily harm on the part of the motorcyclist is reasonable. In Florida he had no duty to retreat.

Is there a claim of citizen's arrest? If someone hits your vehicle and you follow them to their home is that a crime? He could claim he was getting a positive ID on her so he could then get the cops involved.

The story says someone was on the phone with the cops. Almost sounds like there was either 2 people on the bike or another witness followed while they were on the phone with 911/cops

Yeah. They shouldn’t have gone to her place. A pregnant woman who already acted irrational is likely to do something stupid

Fuck. Sucks for her. She shouldn’t have hit him or fled, he should have called cops and not followed, she should have stayed inside with gun not gone outside and threatened

never engage in road rage. Never ever ever. Always just keep windows up and drive off if you have to
This all day.

Man, incredibly sad. I'm thinking there may be more to this.
