...next year McGregor will shock the world by defeating GSP to finally reclaim his Lightweight Title back (and permanently retire George in the process.)

What do you think are the odds of this happening?

I know elite grapplers and wrestlers are Conor's worst nightmare and GSP is an arguably even better one than Khabib is (obviously he would be if he beats him, especially at this stage in his career), but it's MMA and anything can happen. Even if it meant McGregor pulling out some desperate, high risk maneuver that happened to hit George right on the dome (think of a perfectly timed spin kick or something), it's not out of the question that he could eventually catch him with something deadly. If Matt Serra can do it, so can Conor.

GSP will not fight at 155. Conor would never beat GSP in MMA.

You know this how? He was just campaigning for a fight with Khabib before he retired and he's been pretty adamant about wanting to be the first ever champion of three weight classes. That only happens if he drops down to Lightweight. He sure as hell isn't moving up to Light Heavyweight.

The odds are about as good as you banging Dee Devlin while watching the khabib Conor fight , drinking proper 12

GSP would beat Conrad up standing too lol

Dana isn’t going to allow GSP to take his belt and leave again. GSP also beats McGregor, bad style matchup and a lot bigger

Lol@ GSP coming back

And CTFU@ Conman beating GSP.

GSP is done, son

Dana and the UFC ain't playing his game of sniping titles and vacating

I dont want to hear gsps name unless hes fighting 170 champ or an upper tier middleweight. Anything else TAKES AWAY FROM HIS LEGACY.
Hes one of the goats .The best welter ever but his latest, lol, conquer was an absolute joke and surprisingly most saw through it as he vultured over " a legacy fight" against a top 15 middleweight who caught lightning in a bottle.

He knows George wouldn't leave with the belt again if he won, though. He'd want a red panty night with McGregor.

And no, George is not a lot bigger. Bigger, yes, but not by a lot.

McGregor is 170 soaking wet
GSP was 190 plus fighting at middleweight
He would at least be 187 in the cage which is almost a 20lb weight advantage, he would take Conor down and beat him up, the only X factor would be how drained the cut made him and if Conor could find a big shot

The fight wouldn't be at Middleweight, it would be at Lightweight.

And there probably wouldn't be more than a 10-12 pound weight difference at most, which isn't a lot.

The worst version of GSP beats any version of McGregor at everything in MMA
