Well, this is just my own opinion :

1st : Edgar / Aldo vs Max Hollaway

2nd : Holly Holm vs Ronda Rousey

3rd : Anderson vs Mousasi

Co-main : Conor vs Aldo / Edgar

Main : Robbie Lawler vs Nate Diaz

Reason is simple :
Conor sell fight a lot, same goes to Nate who is able to beat him. So I would say that Diaz reputation at this point is certainly higher than Conor while Dana did agree that his fight with Robbie makes sense.
In order for Rousey to climb the ladder again, she will HAVE to defeat Holly before facing Miesha again.
