Just looking for some good idea's.

I usually do fruit and coffey pre, and peri is usually just water.
 
caffeine, chocomine, BCAAs, creatine
 
Pre - fruit or fruit juice
Peri - water, fruit juice
 
Pre-caffeine of some sort
During-bcaas mixed with some crystal light to mask the taste
