I am curious to know what you guys think of using a pre workout drink prefight. I love training with black powder(NO, caffeine, arginine, vit B) it makes me feel a lot quicker and more focused. My only concern is that i feel like it might increase my HR which would make me gas quicker. Also i think that the caffeine might make me even more nervous than i already will be.
