I brought a spare barbell and some weights in from my garage and put them in my room to do complexes first thing in the morning. I'm thinking this will probably be the best form of pre-breakfast cardio, as for some reason I can never maintain any early morning running or cycling routine long-term. Now the weights are right next to my bed, so no excuses.
Today's the first day of this, so I'm hoping I've got enough left in the tank to hit the weights max later tonight.
