Powerlifting is a more alpha sport than MMA.

Yes but professional mixed martial artists would kick the shit out of powerlifters. Therefore they are more alpha.

Discussed.

Not necessarily, and alpha is defined by size and strength in the animal kingdom. Not by fighting techniques.

Many powerlifters are fat fucks unfortunately.
Olympic lifters are better Athletes IMO.

Still, I have to admit that fit powerlifters are freaking alpha.
Those that not only do functional lifts like log lifting, etc, but also train their cardio.

I recently watched a Cameron Hanes video and powerlifting Mark Bell could barely pull 5 foot 8 Cameron's bow.

Meh.. TS not holding his end of the thread up here.. step your fucking game up bud this idea has potential but you should have started with the Heavies imo

Bodybuilding and power lifting is pretty whack to best honest. Gotta spend a ton of money on gear/food/supps to get huge then you deflate a few months after you hop off the bicycle.

It's really insulting to put bodybuilding alongside powerlifting. At least powerlifting is a legitimate sport.

Bodybuilding is a beauty contest for drug addicts with body dysmorphia. Putting yourself in a thong, greasing up your body and letting other men judge how good you look is weird as fuck.
