Right now I am doing a 5x5 (for the most part) program of Squat/Bench/Deads with a day inbetween each lift. I have to do a "fitness test" in a few weeks that requires you to do as many pushups as possible in a minute. How do I mix in pushup training with my usual powerlifting style training and don't overtrain/burn myself out?
